It's okay. A lot of people were bringing pets when I went there one month ago.
It's in the food court ?
There is.
It is in January, 1st in the year. This year is January 16th.
The number is small, but it seems that you can rent at the North Gate and at the general information center. North Gate seems to be a 100 yen return system.

It gets crowded. You will have a hard time just entering the parking lot. We recommend early admission.
October 23, 2017 From shop AM 10:00 It is listed in restaurant AM 11:00, food court AM 10:30 and HP
Great place for shopping nearby Tokyo city.
Spacious shopping outlet with over 200 different brands. Most of them offer tax-free shopping if you could meet the requirement. Free lockers (Â¥100 deposit) for temporary storage (about medium luggage size). Various food choices that probably you won't leave with empty stomach. Direct bus connection between various popular spots in Tokyo & Yokohama so it's quite easy to access.
We will come back in december we enjoy and recommend the place worth it.
Many brand name golf accessary & clothing outlets. Enjoy shopping and stay for more than half day.
Great finds at an affordable prices! 👌👌👌
Very big and good place to spend time with family members
Lots to shop, cheap, clean, and relax. Good to spend a day here.
First, you need to grab a floor map of the outlet park as it was large and a bit scattering to navigate around. Not only was the number of stores were impressive, the quality and variety of products were equally so. PLUS, the restaurants in the food court of the outlet park did serve decent and cheap food. Highly recommended.
This is a very big outlet with large range of shops (from high street brands to high fashion), recently got expanded. If you are tourists, do remember to get the visitors coupons at the information center, as you get extra discount at certain shops.
Pros- Similar to an America shopping mall- Lots of shops and restaurants even Panda Express- Discount shoppingCons- Far awayYou’ll need to take a bus from Tokyo Station or near by Station
Close to Tokyo. Good for day trip
Good place
The biggest issue I have with this place is getting there from Tokyo. The only logical way is via the Aqua Line, which is too expensive, and frequently jammed with cars. If you live in Chiba, lucky you, it’s a great outlet with some excellent stores. For food, I suggest Mr Farmer. Although it’s lacking in comparison to the Tokyo restaurants, it’s a welcome alternative to food court food. Be warned, last order is an hour before they close, and they stop serving exactly on time. Don’t expect a pass if you arrive a few seconds after last order...this is from experience!
Large. Lots of stores. Normal Outlet mall in Japan. Lots of name brand stores.
Many shops and big food court. Can spend whole day here and visitors mostly locals.
Can get coupon book in the info. desk inside of food court.
Wow this is like the best place to hangout and shop! Love the atmosphere, love the ambienxe, love the ambience, love the neighborhood, love EVERYTHING!
Beautifully designed park.
The outlet nearest Tokyo in my opinion. They’ve got a great list of stores and an awesome food court. They also just extended the outlet so it’s almost 25% bigger.
Gigantic outlet. So many shops. Spend you whole day wandering around And you can take photo with Chiba-Kun as well.
Good variety of shops Direct bus from nearby train station or highway bus to Shinjuku and other places
The service in Mr Seep Eyevan in this location deserve a nobel. Super damn good.
Fabulous shopping town!
A very conveniance and nice place that can stay there for a whole day
Big outlet branded stores. Good walkways, restroom on every path. Clean, good atmosphere.
Got prayer rooms which is very grateful
ðŸ‘
It’s nice and cool for it’s an open outlet 😀I have shopped a lot of cheap and good products here of which are mostly clothes. They do have both the international brands and local brands present.Would like to come check it out for another time.
Very big place, quite ... take 2 times by train from tokyo, prepare a shuttle bus from station will be more fun
My whole family and I prefer Mitsui Outlet Park Kisarazu over Gotemba. Reason is the Mitsui has a dedicated section for Japanese brands and another for international brands. The food outlets and food court is so much more attractive and clean. Many choices available versus Gotemba. Lastly, the shopping experience and amenities are so much better. Toilets are clean as you'd expect in Japan (unlike Gotemba which is smelly and dirty) and there are plenty of common benches and tables and chairs to sit and relax within Mitsui Outlet Park.
Fabulous outlet mall in Kisarazu, Chiba. My family and I have been here several times for shopping and spending time together. They have food court with many restaurants, and the food here is amazing. We love the chicken dishes here. It can be a little difficult to find seats during weekends, but weekdays should be less crowded. They also have many fancy branded shops here. My wish is that they have a little more variety of shops (for instance, OMEGA and Rolex for watches). They have a quiet space for kids and that’s super helpful for families with young babies and kids. Overall, an amazing place to hang out as a family!
Kisarazu Mitsui Outlet Park is same as other Mitsui Outlet Parks but it is near Tokyo so more convenient. On Holidays and Weekends you may need to park your car in outside parking which is bit far because during that time parking near Outlet is full. Recommended
it was awesome !! so many great deals. and sample foods and you can find anything with cheaper prices. you can also find bramd items but not cheaper
Typical outlet mall: plenty of parking, decent access via public bus also.Food court is Asian food: ramen, chinese, korean, beef bowl, smoothies & bakery etcWestern food choices: Dean & deluca, Starbucks , Stockholm cafe located in mall.
Too crowded! We have spent 20 minutes to find parking entrance and wait in line. Be aware of traffic information and entrance infomation
I love this place
Great place
loved the outlets and food court. not so crowded and cozy atmosphere.
For VISITING TOURISTS: take the buses early in the morning from Tokyo Station or Shinjuku Bus Terminal and aim to arrive before on their opening time. Traffic was minimal on the Saturday morning that I went.Love this place. New, clean, and much better and spacious than Gotemba Outlet. Then again, it depends on the stores you want to go to.
Modern design with excellent management. An enjoyable place to do shopping.
Easy to explore the place nice shops
A very good place to visit. There are a lot of brands to choose from. The are plenty of seat where you can rest. We went there by bus from Kawasaki station. Travel time was around 45 minutes, with light traffic. The food court was big, but there were so many people eating when we ate there, so it was a little bit difficult to find a table.
A sizeable outlet park with numerous brand selection, worth spending a full day there.
The best outlet and the biggest in Japan
Nice outlet, pretty much standard though. Great variety of shops and food. It can easily be reached by public transportation. Amazing how clean it is.
Ok, is this place in Cali?lol Seriously, I felt Santa Monica here. The buildings here, they’re all single-storied buildings. The light was kinda dim in good way, and it was so romantic. The time flies slow, people are chilling. It’s not only the best place to shop, but also the best place to be at.
Great place to shop, many helpful and friendly people, nice environment, majority of Shops are tax free!
There is a very large parking lot.You can eat with your pet on the terrace.Tourist buses are also available.
Easy to shop. There is one main loop and the shops are at the two sides.
It’s big and nice besides the outlet park it is near to cainz, tokyo interior and small amusement park. The shop brands are not complete and mostly japanese brands
